Expedited or Priority Shipping
Expedited or priority shipping may be available for an additional charge. Please contact us at 647.725.3275 or email us at web@darktools.ca for a quote before making your purchase.
“Ships In” and “Lead Time”
The “Ships In” and “Lead Time” estimates provided on our website are based on information from the manufacturer and reflect the time required to produce and prepare the item for shipment under normal conditions. Please note that these are estimates, and additional delivery time may be required.
Shipping Methods
To ensure the best possible shipping experience, Dark Tools and its manufacturers work with a variety of logistics providers. Shipments will be made using the method deemed most suitable based on cost, convenience, and safety. For fragile items, ocean freight may be used instead of air freight to ensure product stability and safety, which can add up to four (4) weeks to the shipping time. Dark Tools is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as strikes, blockades, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
Partial Shipments for Non-Website Orders
For non-website orders, Dark Tools reserves the right to make partial shipments. All shipping costs will be charged against the first shipment unless otherwise specified in writing. Products will be shipped and invoiced as they become available unless prior arrangements are made.
Curbside Delivery
All orders from Dark Tools are delivered as “curbside delivery.”
International Shipping
If you would like your order shipped to an address outside Canada or the Continental United States, please contact us at web@darktools.ca or call 647.725.3275 for shipping estimates. International customers may be responsible for additional duties, brokerage fees, local taxes, and certifications required by local authorities.

Pricing
Online Prices
Prices listed on our website are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). All duties and brokerage fees are included in the public price. Shipping charges, if applicable, are not included. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Sales Tax
Prices displayed on our website and written quotes exclude taxes. Applicable taxes, including but not limited to provincial, federal, or harmonized taxes, will be listed as a separate line item on quotes or order confirmations.
Price Quotations
For quotations provided through our Sales and Quotations Teams, prices remain valid for thirty (30) days from the date of the written quotation.
If a quoted item is listed as ON SALE, sale pricing is valid only for the duration of the sale period. Please refer to our website or contact your representative for sale end dates.
Sale Pricing
If a product you have purchased goes on sale after your order, sale pricing cannot be applied retroactively. We and our manufacturers reserve the right to adjust sale prices at any time without notice.
Sale pricing does not apply to project orders with quantities of six (6) or more of a single item. Please contact us directly for project-specific pricing. Trade Pricing cannot be combined with sale pricing or promotional codes unless otherwise stated.
Certifications
We work closely with manufacturers to ensure all products are suitable for the Canadian market. Certification details can be found on each product webpage. Customers are responsible for ensuring their selected products meet local certification requirements. For uncertified items, additional certification services may be available upon request. Certification services may affect delivery timelines.
Orders
Placing an Order
All orders must be requested via our Sales Team or through the request functionality on our website. Please confirm the accuracy of all item details (e.g., finishes, sizes) before submitting your order request. Custom items or items without displayed prices typically require consultation for pricing, availability, and lead times.
Custom orders and orders exceeding $10,000 require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Order changes or cancellations are subject to written approval and may not be possible once an order is confirmed.
Payment
Payments must be made in Canadian dollars. For non-website orders, we accept ACH, EFT, and email transfers. All orders must be prepaid unless other terms are agreed upon. Invoices are payable within thirty (30) days net for approved credit accounts, with overdue amounts subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month.
